My name is Erik Montano Castillo. I specialize in live fire cooking and the kind of food that leaves a lasting impression. My passion for the fire runs deep. It goes beyond simply placing ingredients on a plate; it is about serving people and making their special moments even more memorable through bold flavors, genuine care, and heartfelt dedication.

 

Over the past several years, I have had the privilege of working in some of the finest establishments in the industry, with a focus in fine dining and upscale steakhouses, including The Saint Paul Grill And Downtowner Wood fire Grill. The experiences and leadership opportunities I gained in those kitchens inspired me to think bigger and to boldly pursue my most ambitious culinary dreams.

Every experience we create is personal, intentional, and prepared specifically for you. To make that possible we ask that all clients commit to the following:

A deposit is required at booking to hold your date. Full payment is due two weeks before your event, this allows us to source your ingredients, schedule our team, and prepare everything to the standard you deserve. Events booked within 30 days require full payment at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable unless discussed.

Your date is never held without a deposit on file. 

The Dragon's Table is an intimate private dining experience designed entirely around you. To reserve your evening a deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due one week before your dinner date. For bookings made within 14 days all payment is required upfront. All deposits are non-refundable unless discussed. Your evening is not confirmed until your deposit has been received

Parrilla Del Dragon 

Parrilla del Dragón is a live fire dining experience brought directly to your event. We travel to you, set up our charcoal and wood fire grill on site, and cook everything fresh in front of your guests. Hand selected cuts, bold flavors, and the kind of energy that only comes from cooking over an open flame. This is not a catered meal, this is an experience your guests will be talking about long after the fire goes out.

No restaurants, no reservations, no distractions. Just an extraordinary meal crafted entirely for you and your guests around your own table.
